The Transitional Living Program is an apartment setting that provides longer term (up to 24 months), independent settings for clients to get a stable foundation under their feet. Maine State Housing Authority sets the rules around eligibility. We are the landlord of the property and the lease. the Transitional Living Program is a service that can be provided and the clients can choose the to receive services from any provider they choose.
