We strive to accomplish this vision by providing services that create a continuum of care, allowing children and families to have the best opportunity to create successfully intact lives as a whole family unit.

Stepping Stones services, while able to be viewed as individual programs, are best described in how each service complements the next. Dedicated to providing a safe, developmentally appropriate service for each precious child and family encountered, Stepping Stones services range from the placement of a new life or young child, to reunifying  and supporting families, to creating a stable and secure environment. All with the goal of providing an opportunity for a better tomorrow for the children we serve.

Stepping Stones services range from domestic adoption services, to mitigating, stabilizing and overcoming the most severe domestic challenges and environments.
